Episode Summary

Great leadership is built in everyday choices. Pastor Q shares five things great leaders do daily: encourage someone, keep their commitments, improve one thing, take responsibility, and start with purpose. Learn practical ways to strengthen your influence and lead well right where you are.

Episode Notes

You don’t need a title to lead. Pastor Q shares five daily choices that strengthen your influence:

• Encourage someone. Notice what they’re doing well and say it out loud.
• Keep your commitments. Put space between the ask and the answer.
• Improve one thing. Choose something specific to work on every day.
• Take responsibility. Own your part and decide what you’ll do differently.
• Start with purpose. Give God your attention before the day’s demands take over.

Lead where you are. Lead with what you have. Keep getting better.
